Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photo proof, and we'll arrange a replacement right away.

Beyond this guarantee, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. All DERMAFIG products are sealed and intended for personal use only; we recommend a patch test before first use.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
